The Suite
Tucked away in its own private wing overlooking the hotel's cloistered courtyard, the Presidential Suite is Four Seasons Milano's flagship residence and a true Milanese apartment in the heart of the city. Newly reimagined by Pierre-Yves Rochon, its 177 square metres blend avant-garde design with the building's historic soul, where an original timbered ceiling and black marble fireplace sit alongside layered textures of bouclé, wool, leather and warm wood. A curated art collection brings a gallery sensibility to the space, from 18th-century engravings by Giampietro Zanotti to Murano glass and gilded porcelain works by contemporary Italian artisans. A generous living room and private kitchen make it ideal for entertaining or extended stays, while the bedroom, dressing room and bathroom form a serene, residential-style sanctuary set apart from the living spaces.
The Hotel
Set within a beautifully restored 15th-century convent on the quiet Via Gesù, Four Seasons Hotel Milano sits in the very heart of the Quadrilatero della Moda, moments from the couture houses of Via Monte Napoleone and Via della Spiga and a short stroll from the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Behind its discreet façade, 118 rooms and suites, recently redesigned by Pierre-Yves Rochon, pair original frescoes and vaulted ceilings with refined contemporary Italian design, many arranged around a tranquil cloistered garden that feels a world away from the city's pace. The courtyard is home to Zelo restaurant and Stilla Bar, perfect for an evening aperitivo, while the Patricia Urquiola-designed spa, housed in the convent's former vaulted cellars, offers a pool, hammam, sauna and treatment rooms for complete restoration after a day in the city.
